Hello !  I hope that you had a GREAT Memorial Day Weekend !  Tara & I had a 5-day "vacation" in the motorhome.  We met a Great group of people through:  http://www.goldrushexpeditions.com ( I was the Camp Cook for about 15 people )---and we both really had a nice time.  I'll have some pictures in either the June 15th or July 1st issue.  I celebrated my 52nd birthday on May 28th by making 10 gallons of my Internationally Famous Chili for the group---it went GOOD with the snowy mountain conditions we were camped in !!
